WHO WE ARE

Based in Pomeroy, Washington, near the Palouse River, Palouse Fiber Packaging is a pioneer in the molded pulp industry.

We offer high-quality, affordable, customizable wheat-based alternative packaging products to retail customers in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

CHANGE IS COMING IN 2024, AND COMING FAST.

FINDING THE GAP

The sustainable packaging industry is evolving…rapidly. Washington State’s ban on foam takeout containers goes into effect in June of 2024, and Oregon’s in 2025, but meanwhile, projected data still indicates a widening gap in the availability of recycled paper materials used to create more sustainable alternatives, including old corrugated containers (OCC), recycled newsprint (ONP), and others.

For packaging manufacturers making products out of these kinds of post-consumer mediums, this reality will likely result in future supply shortages. For their customers? Consequential price increases.

Palouse Fiber Packaging, however, is bridging this gap.
